Tips for drawing with kids
- Start light. Faint first lines are easy to fix.
- Build from shapes: circles, ovals, triangles and rectangles hide inside almost every Christmas character.
- Praise the effort and the ideas, not how realistic it looks.
- Draw alongside them. Kids copy what grown-ups do.
