Design your own Christmas stocking

An empty stocking waiting for a pattern, a name and a pile of toys poking out of the top. There is nothing to copy, so every child’s stocking comes out different.

No printer? Do this one online in the Christmas drawing tool, then save or print it.

How to use it

  1. Print the sheet.
  2. Decorate the stocking: stripes, snowflakes, polka dots or a pattern you invent.
  3. Write your name on the fluffy top.
  4. Draw the toys you hope to find spilling out of it.
Tip: Ask what each toy is before it gets colored in. Some of the best stockings hold things that do not exist yet, like a robot puppy or a rocket-powered sled.

This is day 22 of the 24-day Christmas drawing countdown.

Decorate them on screen

The four draw-your-own sheets also work in the Christmas drawing tool. Pens, a paint bucket and Christmas stickers, with a mouse, a finger or a stylus. When the picture is done, save it or print it.
